2. If the display is blank no number show when Play/Pause button (6) is pressed,
the batteries are dead. Replace them or use AC adapter (Also, check if you
inserted the batteries according to the + and as shown on set).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Spent or discharged batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly in compliance with all
applicable laws. For detailed information, contact your local dealer.
POWER SOURCES
CHARGING AND USE OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
This unit can fully recharge the specified rechargeable batteries, in approximately
15 hours. The rechargeable batteries (NOT supplied) should be recharged before
they are used for the first time because they are low in power or they have not been
used for a long period (over 60 days).
1. Open the battery compartment cover and insert two of the recommended rechargeable
batteries (1,2 V 650 mA), matching polarity.
ALL BATTERIES MUST BE OF RECHARGEABLE MICKEL CADMIUM TYPE. OTHER
WISE THE BATTERIES MAY EXPLODE OR LEAK. DURING CHARGING, THE
CHARGE INDICATOR (19) KEEPS ON.
2. Plug in the AC adaptor and set the Charge switch (20) to the ON position to start
charging.
3. After 15 hours, please unplug the AC adapter and the
Charge switch (20) must be set to the OFF position.

HOURS OR MORE. DOING SO CAN CAUSE
THE PERFOMANCE OF THE RECHARGE
ABLE BATTERIES TO DETERIORATE.
NOTE: you may play DISC whilst charging the batteries.
4. If the operating time decreases drastically even when
the rechargeable nickel cadmium batteries are properly recharged, purchase a new set of
rechargeable nickel cadmium batteries.
5. When charging for the first time or after a long time, playing time may be reduced.
In this case, charge and discharge the batteries several times.
HANDLING COMPACT DISCS
This unit is designed to play compact bearing the identification logo. Discs
that do not carry this logo may not conform to the CD standard and may not
play properly.
Dirty scratched or warped discs may cause skipping or noise. Pay atten
tion to the following: Handle the disc only by the edges. To keep the disc
clean, do not touch the surface of the disc.
1. Discs should be returned to their case after use to avoid serious
scratches that could cause the laser pickup to skip.
2. Do not expose disc to direct sunlight, high humidity, or high temperatures for
extended periods. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can warp the disc.

ГРАФИЧЕСКИЕ ЭКВАЛАЙЗЕРЫ
Вы можете выбрать различные звуковые эффекты с помощью переключателя
PROG/EQ (8). В режиме воспроизведения нажмите кнопку PROG/EQ (8) один раз
усиление низких частот, два раза поп эффект, три раза классический эффект
музыки, четыре раза эффект джаза, пять раз рок эффект, шесть раз обычное
воспроизведение.
ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ
ЧИСТКА КОРПУСА
• Протирайте корпус плеера слегка влажной тканью.
• Не используйте для чистки растворители, бензин, абразивные средства.
• Не допускайте попадания жидкости вовнутрь прибора.
ЧИСТКА ЛИНЗЫ
Пыльная линза приведет к искажению звука, и, если линза очень загрязненная,
может случиться, что проигрыватель не будет работать. Чтобы удалить пыль с линзы
рекомендуется на нее подуть, а затем протереть мягкой щеточкой.
