speeds 1 5. Each successive speed has greater power.
Power boost
The power boost feature is specially designed for tough mixing
takes. The power boost feature allows you to increase the mix
ing speed to the maximum power level from any speed setting
by depressing the power boost button. When you feel the
mixer slowing down or straining in tough mixing performance.
As soon as the power boost button is released, the mixer will
return to the speed setting you were previously using.
Beater eject level
The mixer features a convenient beater eject level which allows
for easy release for the beaters. For safety, remove plug from
power point before ejecting beaters. The ejector level can only
be pressed down to release the beaters when the speed con
trol is in “OF” position.
USE
• Before handling the beaters, check to be sure the mixer is
unplugged from the electrical outlet and the speed control
switch is in the OFF position, insert the beaters by grasping
the top of the mixer with one hand and the beater stem with
the other hand. Ensure the beater openings are closest to
you i.e. facing you. Insert the beaters one at a time with a
slight twisting action until they snap into place.
• Plug the cord into a standard electrical outlet.
• Place ingredients into the bowl.
• Select the speed setting that matches your mixing task.
• After you have finished mixing, turn the speed control to
