Convection/Combi

• Turning over the food in the process of combi cooking makes a better cooking effect.
• Two modes are available:

C1 - Combination of convection and microwave cooking.

The marriage of these two cooking methods produces juicy meats, as well as tender, flavorful

poultry, all with just the right amount of browning and crispness. Meats and poultry are best when cooked directly on the rack. A shallow dish can be placed
below the food if gravy is to be made from the drippings. Temperature:

100 C,140 C,180 C.

C2 -

Same as above except more microwave cooking time. Which is suitable for cooking large size poultry utilizing the penetration ability of microwave.

Temperature:

100 C,140 C,180 C.

to be operated at 180 C, in this case LED displays “ERR 2”.
You must reset the temperature or wait the oven to cool down.
