INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing a KASTOR product. KASTOR electric sauna stoves and control units are known for their high
quality and durability. The owner and installer should read these instructions carefully. Keeps these instructions easily
accessible for future reference. After the installation the installation instructions are handed over to the owner or person in
charge of the use of the sauna. The CT 2005 timer is used for setting the time of the Kastor CC 50 control panel. Before
taking any measures read the instructions for use and study the "WARNINGS" section with particular care.

2. INSTALLATION

2.1. Timer installation

The timer is surface-mounted outside the sauna in a dry room on a level surface. The unit must be installed firmly and the
openings for the cables must be built with care.

2.2. Mains connection

The connection of the electric stove and control unit to the electrical power network must be performed by an authorised
electrician. The supply voltage 230V~ is connected to connecting terminals N and L. The connection between the timer and
the CC control panel is wired with bipolar low-current cable. The numbers of the connection terminals 19 and 20 are the same
on both units.

2.3 Time switch Legrand MicroRex D21/D22 Plus

Separate time switch instructions for use are inside the timer housing.

2.4 Multi-function time relay TM 16

The impulse duration is factory set. Do not change the setting.

3. OPERATION

The timer operates in connection with the on/off switch of the CC control panel. At the time switch start-up, the multi-function
timer relay sends an impulse to the CC control panel. At the end of the set time, the multi-function timer relay sends a new
impulse to the control panel. Do not set an ON period with the time switch exceeding the ON period set on the CC
control panel.

4. MAINTENANCE

Maintenance and repair work on the control unit electrical system may only be performed by professional maintenance
personnel When replacing the parts, all new parts must be approved components determined by the manufacturer. If problems
occur in the product or questions arise about it, please contact the manufacturer before any repair measures.

WARNINGS

KASTOR – CT 2005 is to be used strictly for setting the time of the KASTOR – CC50 control panel. Use for any other
purposes is prohibited. The connection to the electrical power network must be performed by an authorised electrician in
accordance with valid regulations.

Do not exceed the ON period of the CC50 control panel with the time switch.

Do not switch off the sauna with the CC control panel on/off switch, if timing is on.

The sauna mode must always be checked before switching on the electric stove again.
