Sign Possible Cause Suggested Action
The lights do not
work. The AC adapter could not be
connected correctly. Please check the power adapter
plug, reset the DC plug.
No sound. Sound source not
connected. Be sure that all the wires are
connected correctly.
Low Volume. Volume is poor. Press Up volume button on the
amplifier.
Sound signal too weak. Adjust the volume.
Audio driver is placed on a
wrong surface. Remove the obstacles.
Please check if put the driver on
the flat surface.
Noise. Objects vibrating on the
surface. Please check if put the driver on
the flat surface.
Connection not correct. Be sure that all the connections
are correct.
Sound
Distortion. Not enough contact surface
between the audio driver and
the positioning area. Remove the obstacles.
Volume too high. Adjust the volume.
