6. TROUBLE-SHOOTING
No sound or faint sound
• Make sure the USB-cable of the right speaker is connected to the USB-port of a
notebook or a computer; and a notebook or a computer is switched on.
• Open Sounds Control panel and make sure USB-Speakers are selected as sound
output devices.
One of the speakers does not reproduce sound
• Make sure the cable of a non-working speaker is not damaged.
