УСЛОВИЯ ГАРАНТИЙНОГО ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЯ
Уважаемый покупатель!
Фирма VITEK выражает благодарность за Ваш выбор и гарантирует
высокое качество и безупречное функционирование приобретенного Вами
изделия при соблюдении правил его эксплуатации.
Срок гарантии на все изделия - 12 месяцев со дня покупки. Данным
гарантийным талоном VITEK подтверждает исправность данного изделия и
берет на себя обязательство по бесплатному устранению всех
неисправностей, возникших по вине производителя.
Гарантийный ремонт может быть произведен в авторизированном
сервис-центре на территории России.
Условия гарантии:
1. Настоящая гарантия имеет силу при соблюдении следующих условий:
- правильное и четкое заполнение гарантийного талона с указанием
наименования модели, ее серийного номера, даты продажи и печати
фирмы-продавца в гарантийном талоне и отрывных купонах;
- наличие оригинала квитанции (чека), содержащего дату покупки.
2. VITEK оставляет за собой право на отказ в гарантийном обслуживании в
случае непредоставления вышеуказанных документов, или если
информация в них будет неполной, неразборчивой, противоречивой.
3. Гарантия не включает в себя периодическое обслуживание, установку,
настройку изделия на дому у владельца, чистку аудио-видео головок.
4. Не подлежат гарантийному ремонту изделия с дефектами, возникшими
вследствие:
- механических повреждений;
- несоблюдении условий эксплуатации или ошибочных действий
владельца;
- неправильной установки, транспортировки;
-
стихийных бедствий (молния, пожар, наводнение и т. п.), а также других
причин, находящихся вне контроля продавца и изготовителя;
- попадания внутрь изделия посторонних предметов, жидкостей,
насекомых;
- ремонта или внесения конструктивных изменений неуполномоченными
лицами;
- использования аппаратуры в профессиональных целях;
- отклонений от Государственных Технических Стандартов питающих,
телекоммуникационных и кабельных сетей;
- при выходе из строя деталей, обладающих ограниченным сроком
службы.
5. Настоящая гарантия не ущемляет законных прав потребителя,
предоставленных ему действующим законодательством.

3. From time to time check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or appli
ance show any signs of damage.
4. Before first use unpack the appliance and remove any promotional labels.
5. For first use or after long time use, please clean your kettle first. Clean procedure: Fill
the clean water into the kettle up till to the MAX mark on the water level gauge. After the
water is boiling, please let the kettle cool down. Then clean the inside jug body with a cloth.
Repeat the above procedure 2 or 3 times.
USING THE UNIT
Boiling Water:
1. Fill the kettle with at least enough water to reach the "0.6" litre mark. Don't overfill it see
Important Safeguards.
2. Push the mains lead connector FIRMLY into the kettle, plug in and switch on at the wall
socket.
3. Push the switch knob "l" on. The red neon will light up to indicate the water is starting to
boil.
4. When the water boils, the kettle will switch off automatically to switch knob "O". As it
does so, a drop of water may emerge from the vent in the bottom of the kettle handle. This
is normal and not a fault.
5. To re boil, switch to "l" again.
6. If you do not put in enough water, or switch on the kettle when it is empty, the safety self
cut out will switch off the power automatically. If this happens, wait a few minutes for the
element to cool, then refill and use as normal.
CORDLESS BASE
1. After filling with water, take the kettle to the base unit, hold the kettle level, then gently,
but firmly, push the rear of the kettle to engage the base unit connector. Plug in and switch
on at the wall socket.
2. To remove the kettle from the base unit, switch off at the wall socket, grasp the handle
and hold the kettle level while lifting it clear of the base unit. Take care if the kettle is filled
to MAX.
3. The kettle must ONLY be used with the base unit provided and should not be on the base
unit when being filled with water.
4. The jug body cordless base unit is a sealed unit. If the mains lead or other part become
damaged. The cordless base should be discarded and replace.
CLEANING
1. In order to maintain the pouring and boiling performance of your kettle, it is important to
clean and wash out the interior of the kettle regularly, particularly in hard water areas. This
also applies to the filter, if fitted. Please also refer to section on Descaling.
2. To flush scale deposits from the interior of the kettle, fill with cold water through the
spout and empty out through the spout with filter removed. The interior may also be wiped
carefully using a soft clean damp cloth.
3. Wipe the outside of the kettle with a soft damp cloth only, avoiding electrical connec
tions.
FILTER REMOVAL AND CLEANING
1. Allow kettle to cool completely before removing filter.
