GRATING AND SLICING

Fix the accessory holder on the centering spindle located in the glass bowl.

For slicing or grating process, keep the holder disc in such position with the
disc side facing upwards, and first place the protruding part of the selected
grating or slicing blade and then push on the other side slightly. (To remove
grating or slicing blade from the disc, slightly push from downward.) If your
blade is in alignment with the surface of the holder disc and does not move
when pressed from upwards, it means that such blade is secured in its place.
