Before connection to the mains supply, make sure that:
- the socket has a ground connection and it complies with legal regulations.
- the socket is able to withstand the oven’s maximum power capacity indicated on the product plate.
- the power supply voltage is within the values indicated on the product plate.
- the socket is compatible with the appliance plug. If they are not compatible, replace the socket or the plug.
- do not use extension cords or multiple sockets.
- once the appliance is installed, the electrical cable and the electrical power socket must be easily
reachable.
- the cable must not be compressed.
- the cable must be regularly checked and if necessary, replaced by authorized technicians only.

The manufacturer declines any responsibility if any of the above instructions is not adhered to.

Replacement of the power cable.
If the power cable needs to be replaced, use cables of the following type only:
H05 RR-F,
H05 V2V2-F (T-90)
H05 VV-F
Which are suitable for the operating capacity and temperature. The yellow- green earth cable must be longer
than the other 2 conductors by approximately 2 cm.

CONNECTION TO THE GAS SUPPLY

The supply system must be in compliance with the current standards in the country it is used. The type of
gas for which the oven has been regulated is indicated in the serial number plate located on one of the side
edges of the cavity (visible with the door open) and on the packaging. Prior to the connection settings, the
oven must be adapted to the type of gas that will be used.
Link the male cylindrical threaded pipe-fitting ½ “G, which is placed on the back side of the appliance to the
supply, by using a non-flexible metallic pipe and pipe-fittings which are compliant with the current standards.
Otherwise you can use a flexible metallic pipe entirely fixed to the wall and compliant pipe-fittings; the length
of the pipe cannot be over 2000 mm, in compliance to the current standards.
Avoid the pipe from knocking with movable parts that could damage it.
Place the seal between the pipe-fitting and the pipe.
The seal is provided with the appliance.
See figure 3 below.

Important: to connect the appliance to LPG supply, place a pressure regulator which is compliant with the
current standards between the pipe and the gas tank.

Attention: when finished, check that there are no gas leaks. Use soap and water or special liquids to
ensure that there are no gas leaks.

DO NOT USE OPEN FLAME WHEN SEARCHING FOR GAS LEAKS.

Warning: the use of rubber flexible hose fastened with hose clamps is prohibited because it cannot be
inspected.
