Suggestion

Information on the product and suggestions

for its use

The appliance is intended for household use, indoors

only.

The heating surface is coated with special non-stick

layer; therefore do not use sharp utensils for turning

grilled products. Use only soft wooden spatula.

In order to provide additional protection, it is

recommended to install the residual current device

(RCD) with nominal residual power not exceeding

30 mA. You should contact the professional electrician

in this concern.

While cooking some fatty dishes, it can be necessary

to empty the grease drip tray.

The appliance is intended solely for household use,

indoors.

Apply the recommended temperature setting. You can

adjust the temperature during grilling if necessary.

Insert the thermostat with supplying cord (4) in the

appliance socket. Make sure that the thermostat knob is in

“OFF” position.

Connect the supplying cord to the mains supply outlet.

Start-up

Set the thermostat

(4) for desired temperature

(”I” to “V”).

“I” = the lowest temperature.

“V” = the highest temperature.

During warming up the pilot light (5) glows. When the

appliance reaches the set temperature, the light goes off and

the heater shall switch off. The grill heat up from time to time,

in order to keep the set temperature.

During first usage, the preserving materials

shall be burnt which can cause short emission

of unpleasant smell at the initial stage of

grilling.

It is not allowed to move the hot appliance

during operation! At first switch off and wait

until it cools down. Move with heat-resistant

handles only.

Operation guidelines

It is recommended to wipe the surface with edible oil

before grilling products in order to improve the non-

sticking properties.

The grilling plate

(1) is perfect for preparing eggs, ham,

tomatoes, onion, etc. It is also excellent for keeping the

dishes warm.

The 3–4 level is recommended in order to obtain uniform

grilling.

Heat the grill before putting the products on (unless the

receipt requires otherwise).

When preparing tender dishes (i.e. fish) after applying

spices you can wrap it with aluminium foil.

Soft pieces of meat are the best for grilling.

You can marinate meat in advance, to make it tenderer.

Use special tongs or spatula for turning products on grill,

it is not allowed to use pointer forks.

Do not turn the grilled products to often. In case they get

brown on both sides, finish grilling at lower temperature.

Thanks to it the products shall not get dry and they shall

be uniformly grilled.

In case the products are not instantly consumed, you can

keep them warm with 1 level setting.

It is not allowed to cut the products on the grill,

in order to prevent the damages of non- stick

layer.

Specifications

The appliance is built in I class isolation, grounding

necessary.

Technical parameters are included at the name plate.

Grill meets the requirements of appropriate standards.

The appliance meets the requirements of the following

directives:

Low Voltage Device (LVD) – 2006/95/EC.

Electro- Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) – 2004/108/EC.


The product is marked with CE symbol on the name plate.

Assembling

(Fig. B)

Remove all stickers before first usage and

clean the appliance thoroughly (see: „Cleaning

and maintenance”).

Make sure hat the heating plate socket and thermostat

plug are dry.

Check if the fat drainage

(3) is permeable, clean it and

remove dirt if necessary.

Install the grease drip tray (2) at the grill (1).

Apply a small amount of oil on the heating plate (1)

before usage and distribute it with paper towel.
