9. When you are done baking, leave the waffle
maker open, remove the plug from the
outlet. Let the Waffle maker cool completely
down before you clean the plates with a
damp cloth. Do never use any water or
detergent.
Recipes
Vanilla waffles
150 g butter
200 g sugar
4 eggs
Vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
250 g. flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1-2 tbsp. milk or cream
Topping: sugar
Mix butter, sugar, eggs salt vanilla sugar, flour
and baking soda, mix well – then add milk or
cream.
Cheese waffles
200 g butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
200 g flour
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 dl Luke water
2 tbsp. Shredded cheese
Paprika
Mix butter, eggs and salt well then add baking
soda, flour and luke water in a mix. Finally add
the cheese and paprika for taste.
