14.4.2 Charger unit (KX-FC965 only)
Caution:
L USE ONLY WITH the supplied Panasonic AC adaptor.
L The AC adaptor must remain connected at all times. (It is
normal for the adaptor to feel warm during use.)
L
The AC adaptor should be connected to a vertically
oriented or floor-mounted AC outlet. Do not connect the
AC adaptor to a ceiling-mounted AC outlet, as the weight
of the adaptor may cause it to become disconnected.
14.5 Battery charge
Place the cordless handset on the base unit or charger for about 7
hours before initial use. Confirm “Charging” is displayed.
When the batteries are fully charged, the charge indicator (

goes OFF.

Note:
L
It is normal for the cordless handset to feel warm during
charging.
L Clean the charge contacts of the cordless handset ( 2), base
unit ( 3) or charger (4) with a soft and dry cloth once a month.
Clean more often if the unit is exposed to grease, dust, or high
humidity.
